Welcome to the Credit Purchase Financing process with Gautier & Associates LLC. By choosing to complete this form and subsequently take advantage of the financing options, you, the customer (hereinafter, the "buyer"), acknowledge and accept the responsibilities and commitments set forth herein.

Acknowledgment of Responsibility: By completing and submitting this form, the buyer expressly accepts and acknowledges the obligation to comply with all financial commitments agreed to in this form.

Commitment to Comply with the Agreement: The buyer agrees to comply with the terms of this agreement. Any negligence or failure to comply with the stipulated terms will be considered a breach of this agreement.

Jurisdiction and applicable law: This form and any resulting agreement are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the state or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any legal procedure or dispute arising from this agreement will be resolved in the competent courts of Puerto Rico.

Legal Recourse and Financial Responsibility: If the buyer fails to comply with the terms of this agreement, Gautier & Associates LLC (hereinafter the "seller") reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings to enforce the agreement and recover any amounts owed. In such case, the buyer will be responsible for all legal fees, expenses and any other costs incurred by the seller to ensure compliance and satisfaction of the agreement.

By continuing to complete this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the above terms. Any action or decision taken from now on must be made with full knowledge of the responsibilities and possible legal implications set forth in this agreement.
